Court Program Funding Application

Instructions: CVLTF has limited funding available to assist defendants represented by court appointed counsel in misdemeanor cases in the San Diego Superior Court East County Division that can be used to pay start up costs for court program fees (i.e. SCRAM). To apply for assistance, you must be Judge-referred to CVLTF and ordered to obtain SCRAM monitoring. Your defense counsel must forward a copy of your court docket to CVLTF at (ctprogramfunding@cvltf.org).

Once the docket has been forwarded, defendants should complete this form click on SUBMIT to apply for the program. CVLTF staff will contact you to provide you with information on having SCRAM installed after checking your documentation. No action by CVLTF will occur until we have both documents.
NOTE: Answer all questions. Incomplete applications will be discarded without action.

IMPORTANT: To comply with court orders in a timely manner, this application should be submitted on the date of the court order for SCRAM is made by the judge in your case.
