Barry Wilson obtained his B.S., M.S. and PhD. degrees from the University of Illinois where he specialized in Immunology. He has held academic positions at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla and at the University of Michigan Medical School where he was an assistant professor. Barry later worked as a medical research scientist at Hybritech, San Diego's earliest biotech company.
In 1998, Barry became a patent attorney, rising to the position of partner at a San Diego-based law firm.
Barry is retired and lives in San Diego with his wife, Beneta. |

Jennifer Louis, Vice President |
Jennifer Louis served in the U.S. Navy and Reserves for a total of 14 years of service. Ms. Louis retired from the San Diego County Superior Court in El Cajon after twenty-two years with prior experience in Chautauqua Town, County and Supreme Courts in Mayville, New York. Over the years, Jennifer has served in many volunteer positions such as Vice President of the Enlisted Mess Open in Barbers Point, Hawaii, Ombudsman to the USS Lewis B. Puller (FFG-23), President of the Granite Hills High School Band Boosters, Vice President of the San Diego County Court Employees Association, Visiting Instructor at the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) in Sacramento and currently as a National Trainer for the Trauma Intervention Program of San Diego County.
As a native of Southern California, Jennifer is married and all three of her children are veterans; both sons who served in the U.S. Marine Corps and an Army daughter who is currently stationed as a Paratrooper with the 173rd in Vicenza, Italy. |

Cindy M. Edmonson, Secretary |
Chief Cindy Edmonson (Ret.) served in the United States Navy as a dental technician from her enlistment in 1982 until her retirement following her last tour of duty in 2005. Cindy is a veteren of both Gulf Wars, and also served at posts in Norfolk, VA, Pearl Harbor, HI, Okinawa, Japan, Osan Air Base, South Korea, and in San Diego, CA. Cindy has been awarded the Navy Commendation Medal, the Navy Achievement Medal, the Good Conduct Award Medal, and the Pistol Marksman Medal.
Cindy was the 1992 Sailor of the Year for Commander, Naval Base, San Diego, and the 1996 Sailor of the Year for First Force Service Support Group, Camp Pendleton, CA.
Currently, Cindy is an ROTC Assistant in the Clark County schools in Las Vegas, NV.

Heidi Yepis is a retired legal assistant and office adminstrator with more than 25 years of experience in payroll, accounts reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Heidi is the past National President of Sigma Tau Psi Sorority, Alpha Omega Chapter, and a licensed and bonded Notary Public in the State of California.
Currently, Heidi owns and operates a business in Chula Vista. |
